This workout is designed to help you build up your upper body strength, core control and hip mobility so that you can assist your body to pop up with speed and power.
It is best to do this workout 3 times per week, and if it gets easier over time, try and fit in more repetitions during the “one minute on”
However, remember, proper form is much more important that more repetitions.
